General Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Batbaj platform (batbaj.bet) and all associated services. Batbaj is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider.

By creating an account on Batbaj, browsing the platform, or using any of our services, you are agreeing to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• Each individual may only hold one account. Operating multiple accounts is not permitted.

Batbaj may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. You can speed up the process by submitting a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence.

Account Security & Privacy

You are solely responsible for the security of your Batbaj account. Keeping your password and login credentials confidential is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact Batbaj support immediately.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled — it's the most effective way to protect your account.
• Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately to support@batbaj.bet.

Batbaj will never ask for your password by email or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Batbaj and asks for your password, it is a scam — report it to our support team immediately.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Batbaj supports deposits and withdrawals via local payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are secured through encryption.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000 per day.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal: ৳50,000 per day.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically between 2 minutes and 24 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• The deposited amount must be wagered at least once.
• Batbaj reserves the right to suspend transactions in cases of money laundering or suspicious activity.

Betting Rules & Restrictions

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Batbaj. They are in place to ensure a fair and impartial betting environment for everyone.

• The outcome of each bet is determined based on the official result of the relevant match or event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Batbaj reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In live betting, a bet remains valid if it has been registered on the server, even if a disconnection occurs.
• Minimum bet: ৳100. Maximum bet varies by sport and market.

Batbaj takes a firm stance against match-fixing and any form of fraudulent betting. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Batbaj regularly offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Terms and conditions apply to all bonuses.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses — typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time after a bonus is claimed.
• Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Batbaj reserves the right to modify its bonus program at any time.
• Winnings earned from free bets are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Prohibited Activities & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Batbaj platform. Any breach of these restrictions will result in immediate account closure.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or providing commission-based betting services.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Batbaj believes betting should always be about enjoyment, not a financial solution. We treat responsible gaming as a core pillar of our platform.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion is available upon request.
• Account registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.
• If signs of problematic gambling behaviour are detected, Batbaj may restrict the account on its own initiative.

Dispute Resolution Process

For any dispute or complaint, please contact Batbaj's customer support team first. We aim to provide an initial response to all complaints within 48 hours.

• Step Two: Speak with our support team via live chat.
• Step 3: If the complaint remains unresolved, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
• In any dispute regarding bet outcomes, Batbaj's system records shall serve as the final and conclusive evidence.

Changes to Terms & Termination

Batbaj reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification in advance.

Batbaj reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violating these Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is provided or identity fraud is established.
• Due to legal requirements or regulatory authority directives.
• In cases of extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method, unless subject to forfeiture due to fraud or prohibited activity.
